Processing your order

Your order will be processed within 2 business days.

Your order will be passed on to the delivery service only after your payment is received in full.

The delivery times may vary depending on the destination point and availability of transport services.

You will see the estimated delivery date while placing your order as you choose your delivery and pickup options.

 

Delivery in Moscow

We can deliver your order to a pickup point or via carrier to an address you specify when placing your order.

Your order will be delivered in 2 to 3 business days. Please note that this does not include processing time.

The carrier will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery. If the carrier is unable to contact you, your delivery for the scheduled date will be cancelled. Your order will then be stored at the delivery service facility until the next delivery date is scheduled.

Please note that the carrier has no information on the contents of your order. If you have any questions, please contact our managers at order@shop-rt.com.

 

Shipping and delivery in Russia

We can deliver your order to a pickup point or via carrier to an address you specify when placing your order.

The delivery times may vary from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination point and availability of transport services.


International Shipping

We can ship your order internationally via DHL, EMS and Shiptor. 

While choosing your delivery and pickup options, please check you filled in the following correctly: your first name, last name, address (including ZIP code) and contact information such as email and phone number.

The Shiptor delivery service picks up outgoing packages on Fridays. Orders placed before noon on a Tuesday, will be shipped out the same week. All other orders will be processed the following week.   


Return Policies

If you received an item of proper quality but realize that you do not like it or it does not fit, you can always return it within 14 calendar days starting from the day you received the order. You can return the order only if it is in the same condition in which it was received – to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging, the receipt is also required. The return is carried out by the customer and at their expense.

If an item you received is not of proper quality or there is no item you ordered and/or a an item you did not order is in the shipment, then the return and exchange is carried out at the seller’s expense.

To return an item, please, download, print out, and fill in this return form. You will also need to send a digitized copy of this form and the receipt to the following e-mail address: order@shop-rt.com. Your request will be processed within 10 calendar days.
